SECTION II That the Common Council ot the City of Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby de clares its Intention to construct and In stall the 17th Sewer Unit of said City in accordance w ith the said plans, speci fications and estimates; this project con sists of constructing separate pipe sewers, together with all necessary manholes, lampholes. Y's, branches and necessary appurtenances for a complete sewer svstem located in. that portion of Pre cinct No, 33, lying to the northeast of South Sixth Street, In Klamath Kails. Oregon, by placing therein vitrified ewer pipes with Y's, manholes, lamp-hole- and the like or concrete sewer pipe made according to the specifications for concrete sewer pipes all as more fully shown by the plans and specifications on file with the Police Judge of said City, at a total estimated cost as follows, to-wit: Cement sewer pipe 11.871.78 Vitrified sewer pipe $12,M4 00 said estimates In either event to Include engineering, attorney fees, supervision, advertising, clerical assistance and un foreseen contingencies. SECTION lit That the property lying within the boundaries hereinafter described, shall be and is hereby declared to be bene fited by the construction and installation of said sewer system, to-wlt: Beglnnins at the Intersection of the south line ot Shasta Way and the west line of Washburn Way In the City of Klamath FalU. THAT THE Police Judge of the Ctty of Klam ath Falls, Oregon, be and he is hereby authorised and directed to cause a notice of said hearing to be published as pro vided by the City Charter and conform ing thereto he shall cause this resolution to be published In the city official news paper, once a day for ten consecutive days and the City Engineer, be and he is hereby directed to nost. within five days after the first publication of this resolution, on the street or streets along the line of the contemplated sewer at least two notices.
