T-l A A I heresa Muronv is Bride Of Monday . A pretty spring wedding was that of Theresa Murphy, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry C. Murphy of 432 North Tenth street, and Edward Calhoun, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Calhoun, also of this city, which took place on Monday morning, April 7, at 9 o'clock. The Rev. Father T. P. Casey read the ceremony at Sacred Heart Catholic church, which was lighted by many tall tapers. The altar was banked with woodwardia fern, Easter lilies, calla lilies and other spring blooms. Elaine Abbott played the traditional wedding music, as the bridal party entered the church, and she accompanied Patricia i n. aprague River O'Leary who sang "Ave Maria,' and Ellen O Kecfe, singing "Panis Angelicus." Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose a gown of imported French eyelet mar quisette over satin. The full skirt ended in a long train. Sleeves were fitted at the wrist and at the gown's sweetheart neckline was an insert of Irish lace, given to the bride by a close friend, Mrs. Patrick Quin lan, of this city. Her illusion net veil fell from a halo of orange blossoms and lace. A single strand of pearls was her only jewelry. She carried a white missal topped with a cluster of white gardenias and long white ribbon streamers. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Shadlcy and family spent Easter with Dr. and Mrs. Ival Knox of Fort Klamath. Mr. and Mrs. Abner May and family motored to Medford to spend Easter with Mr. and Mrs. "Curly" Hulsc and family. Mr. and Mrs. Forest Cammack j and family, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Almont j Lehman, Betty Brown, Mary j Kollman, Hampton and Marvin j Hampton, all of Rosedale Friends I church, were Sprague riiver visi tors. A halo of white ribbon and net with a crown of white carnations formed her headpiece. Her arm bouquet was of white , carna tions. The three bridesmaids were sisters of the bride, Mary, home from Mount St. Mary's college for the occasion, Joan and Jul lianne. All wore floor-length gowns. Headdresses identical iu mai ui me maia ui iiuiiui were worn. Their bouquets were of white carnations and wide white ribbon. Best man was Lauren Cal houn, brother of the groom, and ushers were Elden Baker, the groom's brother-in-law, -and Dean Abbott. A wedding breakfast was held immediately after the cere mony in the Pelican party room, attended by the families and close friends of the couple. Mrs. Jack S. Wilson later served the pretty wedding cake. Mr. and Mrs. Calhoun left on their wedding trip and will be at home at 441 Trinity street.
