Profit Sharing Plan Outlined An employe profit-sharing plan was put into effect January 1 at the Dick U. Miller company, marking the tenth anniversary of Dick Miller' automotive op eration in Klumath Fall. The plan, which Miller an nounced at the annual employe banuct lust week, will give service employes 3D per cent of any profit on svrvico work above operating overhead and 73 per cent of any service profit above a ( uota bused on the previous ycur'a operntion. Each service employe will re ceive a monthly statement of op-ration, and profits will be divided every three month. The employe shure will be di vided equally among the group. The plan is effective at both the Old and Cadilluc division and at the International Truck di vision. Tho two pluivu have a personnel of 42 employes. Miss Waldron has declined the position on a permanent basis, feeling that her health would not permit her tak ing on the extra work involved. Applications for the position will be recommended to the county library board which in cludes Fred Fleet and Lloyd Porter of Klamath Falls, An drew Street, school principal at Maun, and Mrs. William p. : Campbell, Langell valley. Mrs. William Chllcotc, gradu ate of tne University of Wash ington library school, is assisting at the county library tempo rarily and has taken over the duties of assistant librarian, do ing all the cataloging of books. Mrs. Gladys Cox, a permanent employe, takes care of the bor rowing from the state library and the mending and care of books. Mrs. Frank Steele has charge of the bookmobile.
