AYOL Sailor Held For Navy An 18-ycar-old youth who has been masquerading as an ex marina here in town for the past two weeks is being held as a navy deserter after he was picked up by state police yes terday morning. The boy, Charles William Kinsley, of Richmond, Calif., bad in his possession a marine discharge issued to Truman Jameson, 23, of Wasco, Calif., and at first maintained that he was Jameson. Under questioning at the po lice station yesterday he ad mitted his right name, but de clared that he was just 17 years old, and that took the case in to the hands of the juvenile of fice. ' A wire to Richmond, Calif., police, established that he was 18 years old, and that he had been AWOL from the navy since June 3, and had been de clared a deserter. That informa tion returned him to state po lice custody.
