That aaid plana, specifications and estimates for the Improvement of said portions of aaid street, being filed here in July 8. 1945. be and the same are hereby approved, and said project shall be known as Improvement unit No. 81, and: That the Common Council of the City of Klamath Falls. Oregon, hereby de clares iu intention to improve said por tions of said street in accordance witn l ha plana, specifications and estimates a follows: TYPE "A": to consist of paving streets with eph..lt concrete pavement 3" in depth on the exlsltng rock base; using a crushed rock leveling course. Paving to be ;U feel In width Including curbs, gutters and storm sewers to be Installed. TYPE "B"; to consist of paving streets with a B" cement concrete pavement. Paving to be 31 feet In width including curbs; gutters and storm sewers to be installed. The estimated cost of all classes of Improvements embracing all work and materials for the complete Improvement of said project for each tape of pave ment being as follows: Cement concrete pavement 823.172 fk Asphalt concrete pavement $16.170 45. Klamath County, Oregon: thence south easterly along the southwesterly line of said block M across Wall Street and along the southwesterly line of block 38 of said addition to the north line of Main street; thence east along the north line of Main street to the west line of El Dora do Avenue; thence north to the southeasterly line of lot block 3T of said addition: thence southwesterly to the most southerly point of said lot 9: thence northwesterly to the most wester ly point of lot S or said block 37; thence northeasterly to the most easter ly point of lot 4 In said block 37; thence northwesterly to the southeast line of Wall street: thence northerly across Wall street and across lot 12 block 33 of said addition to the most northerly point of said lot IS: thence northeasterly along the alley in aaid block 33 to the west line of EI Dorado Avenue: thence north to the southerly line of the U 8 H S canal rlght-of-wav; thence northwester ly along said rtht-of wy to the south easterly line of Kplanade: thence south westerly along Esplanade to the point of beginning.
