Kaiser Said To Want
Increased Capacity
PORTLAND. Ore., June IS
Interior Secretary Julius
A. Krug reported hero thut
Henry J. Kulser wants to in
crease the capacity of the Spo
kane, Wash, aluminum reduc
tion plant.
The industrialist, who took
over the plant recently, hopes
to add two potllucs, from gov
ernment plants being dis
mantled, to tho four already at
Spokane, Krug said.
"The problem," he said, "is
one for the Bonneville admin
istration to determine whether
it wants to devote that much of
its power to the production of
aluminum. It would like to
have some power left for other
industries."
