The market was unsettled by a ruling of directors ending trading in all wheat and rye contracts, as well as July and September corn and July and September barley. Earlier all oats de liveries hsd advanced to the 88 cent maximum. Selling of oats csme mainly from local trades who were "short" in other grains ana naa purcnasea oat tor protection in case ceilings should be removed. Di rectors ordered that settlement of th closed out contracts should be made at orlces prevailing today. The hite sell-off In oats brought these contract down to the approximate level of yesterday's finish. Final prices were unchanged to 'c higher than the pre ceding close, August S7c.
