At First Baptist
The choir of the First Baptist church, consisting of twenty
five voices, will present the Easter cantata, "Our Living Lord"
Sunday, April 21 at 7:30 p. m. The text was written by Edith
Sanford Tillotson and the music was arranged by Ira B. Wilson.
The cantata presents the Biblical story of the events in the life
of Christ from the triumphant entry to His resurrection and as
cension. The Easter music is under the direction of H. G. Shirey.

Sunrise Services
BEATTY, April 19 The Sun
rise services for the Klamath
and Modoc Indians and friends
will take place at the Boatty
church. At 7 a. in., breakfast
will be served, followed by a
program which will include
solos by members of the tribe,
string ensemble, and numbers by
the local choir. Rev. Harley A.
Zeller, assisted by Mrs. Zcller
will deliver the sermon. The
services, a tradition which has
taken place among the Klamaths
for many years, was not held last
year because of the war and
members in the service.
In the evening the Easter serv
ice will take place at the Wil
liamson River church at 8 p. m.
An invitation to attend these two
services is extended by Rev. Zel
ler and the Klamatlis.
"Easter Hope" Topic
"Our Easter Hope" will be the
topic of Victor A. Schulze, pastor
of Zion Lutheran church, 1025
High, at the morning Easter wor
ship service. Communion will
be celebrated in connection with
this service. Special music for
the occasion will be offered by
the Zion choir. The Sunday
school with classes for all ages
of children and a Bible class for
adults meets at 9:45 a. m.

The services on Easter Sunday
will be two celebrations of the
sung Holy communion; the first
