IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Klamath Falls, Klamath County, Oregon, that the grades estab lished by the State Highway Commission for the proposed Improvement of the street or streets, or avenues, or roads, as detcribed herein and which are traversed by State Highway No. 30 of the State of Oregon, known as the 51 a math Falls-Lake view Highway, the ana for which proposed improvement are on file In the office of the State Highway Commission at Salem.
