Ho received his discharge February 18, 1046. On Way Out Cpl. Arlet Bragg, who has been stationed at the local U. S. army recruit ing office for the past five months, leaves tonight for Port land and from there to Camp Bcalc, Calif.,- where he will re ceive his honorable discharge from the service. General approval for such a celebration was evidenced both by a group of interested citi zens which met at the chamber of commerce and by the Klam ath Falls Historical society. The society went on record as approving the commcmor- Open Saturdays The veter ans' contact bureau in the base ment of the Klamath county courthouse will bo open Satur day afternoons starting March 2, it was announced today. This new ruling was made because of the tremendous amount of business being carried on by the bureau. The front door of the courthouse Is locked Sat urday afternoons but the rear door will be open, Neighbors of Woodcraft There will be a regular meeting of Neighbors of Woodcraft Mon day, March 4, at 8 p. m., in the KC hall followed by a potluck supper. Juveniles Juveniles of the Neighbors of Woodcraft will meet in the KC hall Monday at 4 p. m. ation of this historical event, with suggestions for a pageant of some sort. It was decided to hold whatever form of celebra tion decided upon before Sep tember 15. and invite neighbor ing communities and counties of southern Oregon and northern California to participate. Making the celebration a civic enterprise was approved.
