The bride and groom cut their cake which was served by Mrs. Woolms. Mrs. Ambers noured at the coffee table. The young couple left Wednes day morning for San Diego where the groom reports for duty with the U. S. navy. Bride-Elect Honoring Marjorie Coe, whose marriage to , SSgt. A, Coe, formerly of Klamath Falls and now living In Ashland, has made her home - with Mr. and Mrs. Thomas for the past five years, is employed at the First National bank and has been ac tive in work in the younger cir cles of the first Baptist cnurcn. Fremont Junior High Date Slated The Fremont Junior high school music department will pre sent the annual spring concert Friday evening, March 1, In the Fremont auditorium at 8 o'clock, it was announced today by Andrew Loney Jr., supervisor of music instruction In the public schools, There will too no admission charged, Mr, L,onoy stated. Groups participating in the concert this year include the bund under the direction of Oland Warcup, mixed chorus, girls' glee club and boys' glee club under Mrs, Ola Mue Carter, and the orchestra directed by John Best. Of interest is also the presentation of winners of the grade school blinding elimination In the Dr. George H. Adler award contest, given annually. A win ner for the final award will be chosen at this concert. Since Dr. Adlcr announced intentions of giving the award to the outstand ing music student in the schools, there has been much interest and rivalry among the elemen tary students, competent judges, outside the school faculty, will choose the winner of the award who will appear as special guest at the high school spring concert on Thursday, March 14, in the high school auditorium. The Junior high school music groups have made exceptional progress this year and the pro gram to be presented Friday eve ning will be one of the finest in the history of the school.
