NEW COURSE OFFERED Group Tours Tulelake Center A tour of the WRA camp at Tulelake was made late yester day by a group of Klamath and Modoc county men, gathered there for a meeting of the Mo doc defense council. They were taken in cars through the colony area where nearly 17,000 per sons of Japanese descent are in terned. After the tour, the visitors had dinner at the Caucasian per sonnel mess, and District Attor ney Charles Ledercr of Modoc county presided at a business meeting. Me was gradu ated from Keno high school and has been In the service over three years. Renn will report to Seattle at the conclusion of his furlough. Another boy who was a grad uate of Keno high school now home on leave Is George Robert uow, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Dow of the Klamath Falls-Keno road. Bob is in the navy, A third Kcno boy who has re cently arrived home on furlough is Pvt. Kenneth L. "Bub" Ram sey, son of Mr. and Mrs Leonard Ramsey. . He has trained as a paratrooper and expects to be sotu to tne racllic for occupa tion duty S 1c Lane A. Smith of the armed guard, has lust completed a 35-day leave at home. He left here September 13 for San Fran cisco. He is also a graduate of Keno high. First Lt. Robert D. Puckett Is still on leave. He has been home since early July after being re leased from a German prison camp. He is a graduate of Keno high and attended Oregon State college. Lt.
