If there is an industry-wide CIO strike, it is presumed that it will absorb any local strike and stop work in CIO operations which have resumed operations. Yesterday's meeting of the AFL district council was held at the Eagles hall with all areas represented, accordine to HuEh Haddock. AFL union agent.
