Juveniles Admit Petty Thefts Here One 14-year-old boy and an other 15, were picked up by members of the sheriff's office and state police lust night for breaking and entering, and turned over to Juvenile officers. The older boy admitted break ing into Lien's Cash store on the Keno road on July 13. The two boys confessed making illegal entries Into the Junction Serv ice station and Leah's drive-in at the Weyerhaeuser junction on July 25. They also admitted taking two bridles, a pair of spurs, Ihsfo rope, hand axe, and a tractor from a ranch owned by A. C. Farnsworth near Round lake. Phone 6060. 3 Men Plead "Not Guilty" To Charges Frank and Fred Baty pleaded not guilty in Justice court Thurs day to a charge of assault and battery. They allegedly assault ed and beat John Wilcher, the complaining witness, on July 22. Bail was set at $25 apicco by Justice J. A. Mahoney and both men posted bail.
