Serve topped with Fresh Fruit or Berry Whip. (Recipe follows.) FRESH FRUIT WHIP Soften 1 tablespoon un flavored gelatin in i cup cold water, then dissolve in H cup hot water. Combine i cup sugar, 1 Vi cups crushed fruit or berries, !4 tap. salt, and 2 tbeps. lemon juice; add to gelatin. Chill until thick and syrupy; beat with rotary beater until foamy. Fold' in stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs. Chill until firm. . FRUIT POCKETS Use your favorite biscuit dough recipe. Roll dough about li inch thick; cut into six 4-inch squares. Place about 'A cup sweetened fresh berries or sliced fruit in center of squares. Fold over diagonally; press edges together well with fork. Prick top to allow steam to escape.
