Leaving Woman Appeals For Return Of Children PORTLAND, June 28 W The circuit court today has the appeal of a mother who seeks return of two children she claims were adopted without her knowledge or consent. The woman, Rosemary Louise Stevenson, asked 10,000 dam ages from Wavorly baby home, where she said she had boarded her children, Elden, 6, and Cath erine, 4. The suit asks that Juvenile court order approving permanent adoption of the youngsters be set aside. She asserted Juvenile court signed an order of permanent adoption after two hearings when she was too 111 to under stand the nature of proceedings. K. E.
