Tho evening opened with the "Irish Sweepstakes," and 'was followed with community sing ing of Irish songs. Wave Manitta Conklin, potty officer 1c, was the winner of the horse racing game, and received a free phone call to her mother, Mrs. Edmund S. Conklin of Ontario, Calif. - The remainder of the evening was devoted to dancing, after which refreshments were served buffet style. Two cakes, deco rated with white icing ana green shamrocks, were cut and served, and punch and popcorn were al so served from a buffet table, gay with the white and green theme.
