Colonel Dubcl, commanding officer, said in his speech before members of the Lions club, who were guests at the Marine Bar racks Tuesday noon. The low average of Klamath marines taking sick leave less than 20 per cent may be attri buted not only to the ideal cli mate and altitude of Klamath Falls, but also to the genuine ef fort of the townspeople to help the boys get back to normal living, Colonel Dubcl stated.
