It takes five tons of iron ore, coke, limestone, and other ma terials to equal one ton of scrap metal. Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Pat Maginnis August 24 in Marshfield. She is survived by her nusband, Cap. tain Pat Maginnis, who is now stationed at San Bernardino, Calif., her seven.yoar-old daugh ter Christine, and her new-born son, John Patrick. Captain and Mrs. Maginnis lived hero in Klamath Falls, where Maginnis was employed by Turner Chevrolet company for three years. Mrs. Maginnis moved to Marshfield to be with her mother when her husband left for the army two and a half years ago.
