SLATES PROGRAM The church school department of tho Church of the Nazarene will present pupils of their daily vacation Bible school in a pro. gram on Friday, September 1, at 8 p. m. The school has been conducted for the past, two weeks for chil dren from five to 14 years of age, with an enrollment of 83 and an average daily attendance of 60. It has been under the direction of Hazel Newton of Eugene and a local -staff of teachers. At the program, there will be songs, memory work, and re ligious dramatization. Displays of the class book work and shop wood work will be shown and awards will be presented.
