Members of the city airport commission will also be on hand to present recommendations for changes in the lease and to raise any questions that they have as to tne aavisanimy or tne city signing the lease for the airport here. Earl Dodd Charged With Assault Here Karl Dodd was seized last night at Crescent lake by Dep uty Dale Mattoon after Mrs Dodd had filed a charge of as sault and battery against her husband with District Attorney Orth Sisemore. Mrs. Dodd started divorce pro ceedings this morning and Dodd was fined $120 by the justice court. The quarrel of the three- months-married couple occurred at Crescent lake Saturday night. Dodd's face was badly scratched and his wife received a black eye. French Author-Pilot Reported Missing ROME. Aue. 9 (JP) Antolne de St. Exupery, 44, French pilot and author, is missing after a mission over southern France, an official announcement said to day. During his youth he was French mail pilot and from these experiences he produced his novel. "Ninht Flieht." His "Flieht to Arras." published in 1942, gives an account of his last reconnaissance flight over France in May, 1940. He escaped when France fell. He had returned to duty only a short time ago.
