Bonneville Takes Over Construction PORTLAND, Ore.,' Aug. 7 (IP) Th Bonneville power admin titration will take over from a contractor work on the half-finished second 230,000-volt trans mission line from Grand Coulee dam to near Rick island on the Columbia river. ' The agency announced that It would finish the construction because of inability of Enter prise Electric company of Bal timore, Md., to complete its con tract and the loss in time that would be entailed in obtaining another contractor. - Equipment and crews of the Maryland concern will be re tained to push the 72-mile east ern section of the 183-mile line to Covington near Seattle, the statement said.
