NO matter how punctual you
are when it comes to keep

perfectly true that you can't
just up and run to the beauty

IF you' can, you're lucky and

learn a few things about taking
care of your hair at home, thus
saving a little now and then for
that rainy day when you
COULD use a bit of cash. Quite
aside from that, really intelli

home grooming. Knowing how
to. take care of- yourself and
your own appearance is just
one of the marks of today's
modern, independent women.
