Rowland Fines Beaver Players SEATTLE, June 13 (P) President Clarence Rowland of the Pacific Coast league fined Marvin Owen, manager of the Portland team, and Eddie Fern andez, Los Angeles, each 330 today for their conduct in the Friday night game at Portland. Owen was guilty of dilatory tactics and abusive language, and Fernandez of starting a fight and delaying the game, Rowland said.
