This is one surgical dressings unit which is proud of its pro duction record. The quota Is 000 bandages weekly and during tho month of May total produc-- lion was chalked up to 7633 dressings. Mrs. Harding visited for sever al days as the house guest of Mr. and Mrs, George Stevenson of Olone. - Silver Tea The annual silver tea of the Mothers' club was held Sunday in the auditorium of the Sacred Heart academy, which was beau tifully decorated with spring flowers. A delightful afternoon was enjoyed by club members and guests. The candle ceremony was used for the annual installa tion of officers. The outgoing and incoming officer were pre sented with corsages from Mrs. W. G. Ely, the installing officer. The corsages were a gift from Mrs. Mike Brunner. After the business meeting. about sixty-five guests were en tertained when a reading, "A Lit tle Parable for Mothers," by Mrs. Elmer J. Gardner, and a musical program. Guest pianist for the afternoon was Warren Cronon. He played selections from the music of Lilszt and tteetnoven. His music was very well re ceived, and he was called back for several encores. Mr. Cronon was followed by selections from a trio, the Menoney sisters, and a solo by Mary Mahoncy, "By the River of the Roses." , , Tea was served at a beautiful ly appointed table, with a cen terpiece of yellow and bronze tulips.
