Pour vigorously boiling water over the leaves. Allow It to brew for a full Ave minutes. Then pour off the liquor and discard the leaves. Sugar and milk or cream should be placed in the cup in that order before the tea is poured. The extra spoonful of tea "for the pot" can be saved as a wartime economy.
