The endorsements must" be written, stamped or printed In ink on the face of each coupon not later than July 2Z on cou pons issued before that date, and immediately after receipt upon coupons issued on or after that date, the agency said. Details for endorsement of the various types of coupons follow: On the front of "A" coupons the license number and state of registration must be noted. On "B", "C", "D", "T" and "TT" coupons, the license num ber and state of registration must also be noted, the only ex ception being in the case of in terchangeable coupon books is sued for fleet or official ve hicles. For these, the official or ftcct designation (or certifi cate of war necessity number In the case at commercial ve hicle not bearing fleet desig nation) and the state and city (or town) in which the principal office ot the fleet operator is located. For "E" and "R" coupons, the name and address of person to whom ration is Issued, only ex ception being that no endorse ment is required on "E" and "R" coupon transferred in ex change for gasoline delivered on the premises ot the ration hold er. For "bulk coupons" the name and address of tho ration hold er. Bulk coupons issued for fur lough travel, however, require no notation, but license number an tji of realstration must appear on the validation stamp to which coupons are awacneo.
