Bigby against the Pelican Bay Lumber company. The suit arose from Injuries and subsequent death of her son, George Stephen Bigby, in De cember, 1042. Bigby, who was employed as fireman's helper, was allegedly assisting In hoist ing steel plates weighing 020 pounds when the hoist slipped and he was pinned under the steel.
