A damage suit against the
Southern 1'uclflc company was
filed by John Hruco Wednesday,
arising from Injuries allegedly
received In a collision last Juno,
tiruco was a passenger In a
truck driven by Andrew Hem
rich, Merrill, when It was struck
by a Southern Pacific train at
tho crossing near Wocus, Hem
rich was killed instantly.
llruco alleges that tho train
was traveling at an excessive
speed, that It did not give a warn

was Improperly maintained. He
asks for $19,000 general dam
