WHEAT CHICAGO, Jan. 30 (IP) A substantial gain In the parity price on Jan. 15 as compared with a month earlier, plus re ports that liberal lend-lease shipments of wheat, flour would be made to Russia, sent wheat prices up about hi cent to new highs for the week today. Most other grains were firm with the bread cereal, but con siderable profit-taking developed in rye on a report that govern ment omctals did not see any possibility of lend-lease export demand tor rye flour. Wheat closed strong on gains ranging from 1 to 11. May $1,401-4, July $1,401, corn was I lower to i higher. May 081-1, oats were unchanged to s high er, rye declined 1-1 and soy beans were inactive.
