Fillings Vary "Sandwiches are the mainstay of practically every lunch, but they need to be made so they will 'stick to the ribs.' This means thick slices of bread with plenty of filling. Many kinds of bread may be used to avoid monotony, such as whole or cracked wheat, rye, nut, orange, soy bean, and enriched while bread.
