Bly Altamont Mrs. Ralph LnSullc and sons, Ralph Jr., Loland and Leon of Crest street, returned Sunday after a month's vacation spent with Mrs. LnSulle's parents, Mr and Mrs. L. Bcvcrago of Stock ton, Calif. The Beverages are former residents of Altomont. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Rayson returned Tuesday to Vancouver, Wash., after several days spent with tho B. Q. Snooks Banister has returned to Bly from Portland, whore he has been working in tho ship yards. Ho returned Saturday night and reopened his barber shop for business Monday morning, Freda Mudge Stlllwell has been taking a riveting course at Klamath Union high school the past few weeks. As soon as she completes her course, she plans to work In an airplane factory at either Portland, San Francisco or Seattle. Mr. and Mra. Walt Mosley from Eureka, Calif., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Everett Bell, They have Just come from Tulclake, where they have been hunting geese. They will visit at the Bell ranch until tho deer season Is closed for this year. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Campbell, Mr. and Mrs, Max Cline and Henry Gerber were In Warner Valley and Lakcvlcw on busi ness Sunday. Evolyn and Oretha Hudson spent last wcokend visiting their parents at Elkton. They drovo up Friday night and returned Sunday afternoon. Willis Routson of Berkeley, Calif., visited his cousin, Miss Jeanne Burton, at Bly for two days. He came up on his motor cycle Monday night and left Wednesday morning. He Is on a week's vacation from his Job as a chemist for the Shell Oil com pany at Berkeley. From here he planned to visit his mother in Los Angeles, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Richard son of Ashland arc guests at the Obcnchaln ranch this week. Mr. and Mrs. Jock Harrison returned October 24 from a trip to Pine Bluff, Ark., where they visited Mrs. Harrison's parents. They started on their trip Octo ber 11 and remained in Pine Bluff eight days. A barbecue was given in their honor while .they were visiting there. They re turned through the southern states. Mr. and Mrs. George Beck left Sunday morning to hunt elk near Pendleton. Their daughter Kay remained In Bly and is stay ing with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Hitchcock.
