Day country ot eastern ' Rd ClasiUlad Ada for Results Beach Gun Victim Killed by Bullet From Own Weapon SEASIDE, Oct. 18 (API Donald William Cranfford, 20-year-old Fortlander who was found on the bench here mort ally wounded Oct. 0, was kill ed by a bullet of the same caliber as those in a gun dis covered beside him, a coroner autopsy disclosed yesterday, Crantford was challenged by a military aentry that night, said Chief of Police Harry Kemmerer, and the sentry fired when he heard a shot after the challenge. Crantford, Wounded In the head, was found with .32 caliber gun at his aide. He died three hours later In a hospital. Previously Crantford had been warned by the sentry to keep off the beach, restricted zone.
