George Jacob Seltzer, pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist church of Portland, in his parked auto mobilo here last night Deputy Sheriff Virgil Weck ert said Seltzer apparently had breathed carbon-monoxide gas through a hose leading to the front seat from the car's ex haust.
