WHEREAS, the several real properties described on the fore going sheets have been regular lv assessed for taxation and taxes have been duly levied and charged thereon; and. WHEREAS, the liens for un paid and delinquent taxes on the .respective parcels of such real properties are subject to foreclosure by Klamatn county, as provided by law; NOW, THEREFORE, by vir ture of the authority vested in me, as the tax collector of said county, I have prepared the foreclosure list hereinbefore set out containing the names of the several persons appearing on the latest tax roll as the re spective owners of the tax de linquent properties, a descrip tion of each such property as the same appears In said latest tax roll, the year or years for which taxes are delinquent on each property, together with the principal amount of delinquent taxes for each year and the amount of accrued and accruing interest thereon to June 15, 1942. Niesse, chief, administrative divi sion, leaves Sunday for Granada relocation center to head the same department that he has held since the opening of this camp. He is being replaced by F, L. Conner who arrived this week from Manzanar, Ermlcko Aredas, 53-year-old Filipino, left July SO to take a position as printer's helper at the Kaiser Shipbuilding company in Portland, Ore. Sprague River Will Try Outdoor Moving Pictures SPRAGUE RIVER Sprague River believe that It will be the first town in southern Ore gon to have an outdoor movie. The unusual situation arose when Art Fidler, operator of the shows here, was unable to use the school gymnasium during the month of August a it was being used for school purpose. The annual school clean-up and floor reflnlshlng made It ne cessary to keep the public out for part of the summer and the demand for movie entertain ment presented quite a problem since there is no other suitable hall in town. Fidler and School Principal Roland Parks hit upon the Idea of holdine the show in ' por tion of the school yard. The pub lic reacted favorably to the sug gestion and this Thursday will tell the tale. Since there is no fence the public will be put on the honor system of paying for a seat. Th school chairs will be used and the audience will be astured of perfect air conditioning. During the hot u m m e r months the gymnasium has been too warm for comfort and if the sound and projection Is favor able, th idea of th outdoor movie may be an annual feature at this time of year. He will return to tart school here this month. Clifford Welch, well known Sprague River boy now in th army air corp in Alabama, ha been visiting friends and rela tives here for the past week. Clifford is now a sergeant and has made rapid advancement during the past year in the army. Cliff spent some time vis iting his friends at the mill and box factory where he worked for teveral years. Mis Ruth Arlght has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Seright, for the past week. Ruth is employed in Cali fornia. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Park and daughter Tammy left Sun day for a two weeks' vacation in the Rogue River valley and the coast. Parks ha been em ployed during the summer in the planing mill of the factory here. Reginald Blister has been promoted to saw filers' assistant at the box factory and planing mill.
