Doe Hunting Tag Drawing Seen Needed PORTLAND, Ore., July 29 (P) The state game commission reported Tuesday that applica tions for doe deer hunting tags indicated that a drawing would be necessary on August 5. The commission has limited , the number of tags to 3000. All applications received by August 1 will be included in the draw. The fee is $3.50 for the season in parts of Grant and adjoining counties. A drawing may also be neces sary for the 2000 antlerless elk tags to be issued for parts of Umatiiia. Union, Baker, - Mal heur, Grant, Harney, Morrow, Wheeler and Gilliam counties. The fee is $5. There is yet no indication, the commission reported, of neces sity for a drawing of 1500 ante lope tags in parts of Lake, Mal heur and Harney counties.
