Phone 4113 E Hart mountain, the sweeping antelope refuge of eastern Lake county, was described In detail to Rotarians Friday by Jean Branson, manager of the federal refuge there. Branson said that antelope herds are prospering on the mountain under the management program instituted ' there. He gave credit to weather condi tions in assisting in. bringing back the range. He added that this year, the refuge management is fitting Its policy into the war program to assist in greater production of beef, wool and mutton. Branson stated that there are now about 4000 mule deer on the Hart mountain refuge.
