Kln." liefer to my last lesson on now to spin the flat loop. After you've not tha loop to spinning well, relax your nerves so that you may obtain mora perfect co ordination of mind and muscle. Do not become over-anxious be cause this will cuuse your nerves to become, tuut und your nctlona stiff. Concentrate on the honda and spoke. On euch revolution, as i the spoko passes the toes, count one , . . two . , , three. Repeat this count several times, mukinif ! sure that your loop Is very low 1 practically on tho floor. When i you realize that you'ro thorough-1 ly relaxed then, on tho count of : three, lower tho right hand to a point near the right knee, whichi allows the loop to actually drag 1 the floor a little bit. The honda and spoko have Just passed the , right knee, At this point, Jump j Into tho center of the loop. On 1 the very next revolution the ; spoke must pass over the head, I not down below by tho knees. With a rapid motion, and keep-' ing tho same rhythm, raise the right hand currying the spoko to a point slightly above the head and continue to spin tho loop In this position. You now have the beautiful Wedding Ring loop encircling the body In a graceful, waving, wnll.ing motion. Watch for the succeeding chap ter IV to appear In this paper early next week. In this lesson, I'll explain to you how to Ret out of the Wedding Ring without a key. Your Pal, Jimmy Doss.
