RAILROAD NEWS Shipment of grain from the Klumuth basin are beginning to reach mld-scaion proportions, according to Southern Pacific officials, who any that heavy shipments have been lent out during the past week. Wright, iu perintendent of the civilian pilot training program for the seventh region, that the college hai been recommended to participate in the civilian pilot training pro gram beginning September 23. A quota of 20 students has been set, subject to official confirma tion from Washington, D. C.
