Midland Zntftite AemA TULELAKE TO LEI D WATER SYSTEM TULELAKE The third week in October has been definitely et as the date for letting of final bids on the water and sewage systems which the city will in stall after selling bonds to fi nance the dual installation pro ject. Decision on the date was reached at this week's council session attended by City Attor ney Charles Lederer, Alturas, who conferred recently with At torney Postlethwaite, and Ed ward K. Hussey, San Francisco, city engineer. Lederer advised the council to accept the plans and specifications for the water system and plans for the sewer system are expected momen tarily. Mrs. G. A.
