Grand Jury Call To Be in November The Klamath county grand jury will not be called until after the first of November, It was an nounced by Circuit Judge W, M. Duncan Wednesday. As there are few cases to be considered by the grand jury. It waa decided that an earlier ses sion would ba unnecessary. GET HEAVY JOLT Jewell Steel and Ac Taylor pleaded guilty to charges of burglary, not In a dwelling, be fore Judg W. M. Duncan In cir cuit court Thursday, and were sentenced to two years each in the penitentiary. They were later paroled by (he court to the oftlc of th district at lorney. Steele and Taylor, with a third companion. Perrla Hobltallle, were apprehended by the sheriff and deputies Tuesday night on charges of chicken stealing. They later admitted having stolen 11 chickens on August 4 from the Prltton chicken ranch near Klamath Falls. Hobltallle, who Is under the age of if waa turned over to the Juvenile court.
