Professor Studies Law of Reservation Professor Ray A. Brown from the University of Wisconsin law school Is In Klamath Falls and at the Klamath Agency as a repre sentative of the Institute of Gov ernment Research of Washington, D. C. Professor Brown is conducting a snrrey of the administration of law and order on all the Indian reservations In the United State. X can mushroom liquor, 1 cup Carnation Milk, H pimwnto, chopped, paprika. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until it is tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Saute the green pepper and mushrooms in the butter until tender (about 10 minutes) keeping them cov ered while cooking. Remove the mush rooms and peppers and blend the flour and seasoning with the fat; then add the soup, mushroom liquor and Carna tion.' Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
