(&) In anticipation of another record breaking year during 1925, the Chev rolet Motor company has greatly ex panded its field organization to as sure quick distribution of cars and parts to its thousands of dealers. The expansion program just com pleted involved the opening of three new zone offices in key cities and litt ered ion of specially designed sales and service buildings at four other zone points. The drive-away stocks of cars are so arranged that they may be start ed enrouie within a few minutes af ter a call is received from any deal er In the zone. The supplies of pail: are compactly arranged In special stock rooms adjoining the packing and shipping departments. This ar rungement insures equally quick 'ac tion on requests for parts. The estate has-been In litigation for years, and the suprome court held some time ago that the portion willed for a rescue home for girls could not be administered through the Christian Science church. The portion left to the church's admin istration was then turned over to the K. Henry Wemme Endowment fund. The governmeni In its suit claims that part of the estate cannot be handled by the endowment fund trustees because their plans are n 11 in a.-eord with the exact terms of Wemme's will. Mitchell Court Finds Defender WASHINGTON, Dec. 23. 0P The army court that tried and sen tenced Colonel William Mitchell for bis criticism of the government air services was defended in the house today by Representative Wainwright of New York, a former republican. It mutt be remembered. Mr. Wainwright said. that although Colonel Mitchell wears decorations for valor. very member of the court that traied him also bad been decorated. Court martials are necessary for discipline, he continued, and dis cipline must be enforced in peace time, or it will disappear in time of war. PIONEER DEAD PORTLAND, Ore.. Dec. 23.
