Horner, prof essor of history at Oregon Agricul tural college, delivered the addresses. Bishop Wells held the first church service hero in 1S71 and toundod the present Church of tho Redeems?) whllo J. B. Horner's father. E. B. Horner, circuit rider and carpenter, built the first M. E. church in 1875.
