KLAMATH FALLS College Film to Be Shown Tonight If you have been to college, if you expect to go, or if you have young-' sters who will some day be heading for college you will find much of ! real interest in a special college film, "The Old Grad Comes Back." I which will be shown tonight and to morrow at tho Pine Tree theatre, through the courtesy of Harry Poole. The picture contains 2000 feet of film taken at the Oregon Agricul tural College at Corvallls, and gives every conceivable activity of the students at tbis state institution. A private showing of the picture was made this morning and a group of college graduates who witnessed it. were enthusiastic over its com pleteness, as well as Its vivid por trayal of college life. Mr. Poole Is making no extra charge for the picture, nor .is he charging the college for exhibiting it here. He said he was glad to do his bit at the Pine Tree in the cause of higher education. Baldwin Hardware Sues for 2241.15 Commissions alleged due it for the sale of tractors was the cause which prompted the Baldwin Hardware store to bring suit today against the Caterpiller Tractor company for the recovery of $2211.15. In Its complaint the local concern sets forth that It has been the Klam ath agent for the Stockton manufac turing concern and that as such it consummated a number of sales of tractors, with the explicit understand ing that a certain percentage of the sale should be given to the agent as commission.
