Imvo boon formed to sene two lumber center) In the central part of the county, it was announced tudtiy from tho county school superintendent's office. A new school will he established at the Kwniinn logging camp north of t'hlloiiuin and at Kirk on the Southern Pacific railroad. An Increase In children of school age In each lumber community made It necessary for tho county to establish schools. Two teachers have been tentative ly selected and will be named with in the next few days. The two new schools will not open until Sep tember 11, In order that school rooms may bo properly furnished with fixtures, desks anil other equip ment m.cssary. This year classes will be con ducted in a room rented for the purpose Instead of In a regular school. Construction of a new school will probably depend upon the p.-r-mauency of the population In the two districts. New Speed Cop Hired By City C. F. Morgan today was appointed city traffic officer to succeed liar bid Collins who resigned last week, it was announced this morning. Morgan, who has had exporlonco as an officer before, will take charge of the city motorcycle and will pa trol the city streets and answer special calls. He baa been In Klamath Falls during the past uummer and h.i been employed In law enforcement work hero.
