SALARY OF LABOR CHIEF ABOLISHED MARSHFIELD, Ore., Aug. 26. The Oregon state federation of la bor Iii its twenty-third annual con vention here today voted to abolish tho salary of the organization's president. By the convention's vote the president will receive no com pensation after January t, 1926. The salary of this office is $3600 n year. Secretary E. J.
