Angler Neglects To Buy License; Gets Fine of 25 One Bingler, Kenneth Ilolliday, ventured Into the clear waters of Pelican Bay, without a fishing license but with a fishing rod. He was promptly arrested by District Came warden Marion J. Barnes and pleading guilty this morning paid a fine of $25 and costs. Barnes spent the day at Pelican Bay and Rocky Point checking on scores of anglers fishing in the bay. He reported large catches of fish made and one ten pound trout was landed by a tditrlst from Texas.
