E. lUyse, Klamath ranch er misrepresented facts and figures in connection with Lie leasing to him of land and cows, is the con tention of Arthur Coffey, former resident of Coos Bay, who brought suit thii morning In circuit court for the recovery of $5000. Coffey claims that Royce had no lcgjl right to either lease the land or. the cows to him and that Iloyse also misrepresented the milk pro ducing qualities of the cows. Also the complaint charges Royse with failing to respect an agreement be tween Royse and Coffey, by which Royse was said to have agreed to Irrigate the land on the ranch dur ing Coffey's absence in Coos Bay.
