Klam ath Falls took advantage of the two successive holidays, July 4 and D, not only to enjoy the festival oc casion that accompanied the rodeo, but also to hie away for the rest and recreation that their own local national park gives them. .N'r km than 73 cars carrying 294 person registered at tho south entrance to Crater Lake on these two days. ,. Carter and John Dombey. Using heavy oil for fuel, an Eng lishman has invented a steam motor for airplanes and dirigible balloons to avoid the danger of fire. Powell and Dale Are Bought Out By Joe P. Brett Announcement was made today of tho sale of the Willys Knight and Overland agencies by A. J. Powell and R. C. Dale to J. P. Brett. Mr. Brett assumed posses sion of the agency today. Tho sale, besldo the two agencies, Includes tho new garage, recently constructed on tho corner of Fourth and Klamath, and It will be in this building that Mr. Brett will carry on his business. A shipment of Willys Knight and Overland cars was received last night by Mr. Brett and are now ready for distribution. Future plans of Mr. Powell are not known, but Mr. Dale will be connected with Mr. Brett's concern hereafter. Following a parade down the Main street of the city, Lee It.
